This website is operated by Ecko Dispopack Eximm ("Ecko", "we", "us", "our"), a supplier of eco-friendly disposable packaging products including paper cups, food containers, paper bags, corrugated boxes, and compostable plates, serving businesses across India.
2. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through our website or online store is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions). An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation from us.
Products marked as available for in-store purchase only, or restricted from online delivery, cannot be ordered through online checkout and must be arranged directly with us.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive/inclusive of applicable GST as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed.
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials on our servers — these are handled directly by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate registration and shipping information to place an order online. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is complete and correct — orders cannot be delivered to an incomplete or inaccurate address.
5. Cancellations, Replacements & Refunds
Order cancellation, replacement, and refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Shipping
Delivery timelines and coverage are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in color, print, or packaging finish may occur and do not constitute a defect.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Ecko Dispopack Eximm and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ecko Dispopack Eximm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery, product misuse, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Ecko Dispopack Eximm is registered.
