Delivery Coverage
We ship pan-India to any serviceable pincode through our courier partners. Store Pickup and local same-day delivery (via Rapido) are also available for customers near our facility.
Delivery Timelines
Standard courier delivery takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pincodes may take slightly longer. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also view order and delivery status anytime from your account under Order History.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location, and shown before you complete payment.
Delayed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable or the address was incorrect/incomplete, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or hold the shipment for pickup as per their standard process. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will track it with the courier on your behalf.
